Why?
Every semester, more than 1000 Erasmus students arrive at Charles University. Here at ESN CU Prague, we organise a wide variety of events for them and strive to connect them with local students. Whether you have already been on Erasmus or are just planning to go, becoming a member of ESN CU Prague (one of the Prague sections of the Erasmus Student Network) can give you a lot in life.
Besides meeting new people and improving your language skills, you can get involved in preparing events for international students. We are always happy to welcome new members who enjoy photography, organising and brainstorming events, managing recruitment, developing IT or graphic design skills, and much more.
What will you gain as a member?
- Experience in an NGO, which looks great on any CV and is highly valued by many employers.
- Participation in ESN training courses and events, where you will meet people from universities all over Czechia and Europe.
- Contacts and friends from all over the world – when you travel abroad, you'll always have a place to crash!
- The opportunity to improve your foreign language skills, literally any language you can think of.
- ESNcard – a card that gives you discounts on Ryanair flights, Flixbus rides, and many other benefits.
- Personal development – try out marketing, human resources, campaign management, or event organisation before your real career begins. We will help you with everything!
- A great group of people who don't like sitting at home and are always coming up with new ideas.
